release 2 new Applications available in the downloads section - Validating Members in ModCP & Postbit Achievement Points

This week we have released 2 new applications.

Validating Members in ModCP creates a new page in the ModCP - Members Section which will list all validating members( We needed this for this project 🙂 ) 

Postbit Achievement Points was requested by @Anja today, so since it's a simple 1 minute job, why not?:)
