Set Group While Registration

I need an app that allows me to flag member groups as accessible while the registration for this site, because I'm closing my other project and moving all the content and ideas to ic-essentials to not annoy other visitors and clients with german content, people will be able to join the german member group which gives them access to the hidden german sections.
