Redirect to Posted Topic/Reply

If the form has been set to create a new post/topic, we should have the option to redirect the app submitter to that newly created post/topic.

As for implementation, I have a few ideas:

• Replacement tag for use in the existing Redirect Target field, e.g. {NewPost}. If the form is not configured to create a new post/topic, it should fall back to the default page.
• Add a button to the default "thanks for posting" page to take the user to their newly created post/topic

This was implemented now for topics, I'll probably also add it for posts for the next release.

 I went back into my form settings to see if I'd missed it but it doesn't seem to be the case. My whitelisting form has creating a new topic enabled, but looking at the form settings reveals that the Redirect to Topic option is missing. Is this hidden behind another option perhaps?

I'm using version 3.7.2 if that helps.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant I just coded this for the next release.
