Currently, profile field editing is a bit restricted. If "Member can edit value" is disabled, then only site administrators can edit the value and this must be done through the ACP. This is not available to moderators unless ACP access is granted to the moderators group, and I'm not sure how granular the permissions are in this area. If "Member can edit value" is enabled, then moderators can edit the value as normal, but so can the owner of the field.

This application should replace "Member can edit value" with a full permissions system with the following values:

• Can Read Value
• Can Edit Own Value
• Can Edit Other's Values

This was moved to the "done" area either because it was completed or rejected.
