Is this going to be available here and is there a way to import the data from Michael's form application?

Importer => I doubt it. We'll have probably one for the IC5 version, but not for 4, except @Fosters has already one. There's so much more important stuff to do right now, so we're not going to waste time with converters.;)

The License Key Import is still being worked on and should be ready as early as next week.
