Monday at 07:26 PM5 days Hi, I need some info.Can download files be added to the support tick as a product?Can I reply to tickets in the front end?Is there a notification in the front end for admin when a ticket is sent to them?Can a support link be placed on the member tab, like in the photo below the bookmarks?
