Due to security concerns tickets and the replies are not included in the search index yet. IC5 has support for this, so once my proper testing is finished I may include it, but right now it’s just like in IPS4 where they were not included.

Why do I need to approve the comments? Nobody except the staff and ticket creator can see it.
