    I am getting a php error leading to error 500. Here is the log file.     It would also be good to set up a knowledge database in parallel. Or a documentation page. If I can then link these articles in the ticket, that would also be great. So not just using a predefined answer, but also linking a KB entry at the same time, that would be good. Because the predefined answer is general. The KB entry, on the other hand, is very specific. It would also be nice if the tickets were displayed in a Kanban view, grouped by status. It would also be important for me to be able to use the obscenity filters. Especially when guests write something, it should be possible to filter “sender” and “word phrases”. I don't want to receive tickets for Viagra, for example.

    Hi there, Updated to version 1.1.1 today and I am done translating to french but it is missing strings for switch to staffview and switch to clientview. Thank you

    When User X submits a ticket, only User X + Moderators with permissions to access tickets can view it. It would be nice if User X could give additional Members access to the Ticket (e.g. tech members, management, etc)

    Why do I need to approve the comments? Nobody except the staff and ticket creator can see it.

    It is set, but I do not see that icon.

    Some clients are reporting this error on the ACP moderators page Fatal error: Declaration of IPS\dfsupportsystem\extensions\core\ModeratorPermissions\ViewTickets::onChange(array $moderator, array $changed): void must be compatible with IPS\Extensions\ModeratorPermissionsAbstract::onChange(array $moderator, array|string $changed): void in /home/t..applications/dfsupportsystem/extensions/core/ModeratorPermissions/ViewTickets.php on line 62which I can't reproduce yet.
