    Here are some screenshots and informations about our upcoming ticket system.

    Tickets are created an managed via the frontend!

    This was really important to me, I didn't want to move to the ACP to handle tickets!

    Staff members with permissions to manage tickets, will have a new icon in the navbar once a ticket was assigned to them.
