Support tickets will change the state automatically, but it can also be set manually when a client or staff member replies.

Tickets can be automatically closed after x days if there were no replies.

dfsupportsystemTicket_delete - Fired when Ticket is deleted dfsupportsystemTicketComment_create - Fired when Ticket Comment is created dfsupportsystemTicketComment_delete - Fired when Ticket Comment is deleted
