    Support tickets will change the state automatically, but it can also be set manually when a client or staff member replies.

    Tickets can be automatically closed after x days if there were no replies.

    All necessary webhooks and REST API endpoints are also included with the first public version!

     

    Webhooks:

    dfsupportsystemTicket_resolved - webhook_dfsupportsystemTicket_resolved dfsupportsystemTicket_assigned_to - webhook_dfsupportsystemTicket_assigned_to dfsupportsystemTicket_create - Fired when Ticket is created
    dfsupportsystemTicket_delete - Fired when Ticket is deleted dfsupportsystemTicketComment_create - Fired when Ticket Comment is created dfsupportsystemTicketComment_delete - Fired when Ticket Comment is deleted
